Hue

We spent three rainy days visiting this beautiful city. The surrounding area is littered with evidence of the old Nguyen dynasties; tombs, the imperial enclosure. Much of the Imperial City was destroyed by American bombs, but what remains gives you a feeling for the royalty and hugeness of the former sites. (By the way, its pronounced "who-eh")
