Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew

The grounds of the Grand Palace also houses one of the most important wats in Thailand, Wat Phra Kaew, the home of the petite but venerated emerald Buddha. The Grand Palace itself, the residence of the King and Queen is a side show next to the massive and ornately decorated wat.
