Devi Puja - Eve of Wedding Day

The day before the wedding, we were invited to a small ceremony being held at Jitendra's parents home. Jitendra's parents and his brother and sister-in-law were the focus of this ceremony and they received gifts and blessings from friends and family members. Neither Jitendra or Lucie were present for this wedding event. The purpose of this ceremony is to invite the gods to be present at the wedding. Afterwards, Yann and James had another dance lesson from Jitendra's extremely talented cousin Chotu.
