Kompong Chhnang
A poor town sitting right on Tonle Sap Lake not known for receiving too many visitors, but does have a high concentration of NGOs. We stayed one night there as a stop between Phnom Penh and Battambang. It has a lively port and is famous for making large ceramic pots that are scattered throughout town. The internet prices were the highest we'd seen in Asia, but the NGOs keep the places going, even though they charge 4$/hour.
