Cambodian Cooking Class

For 8US$ each we spent the morning and afternoon at Smokin' Pot Restaurant in Battambang learning how to cook three Cambodian dishes. Before starting the cooking we took a trip to the market where we purchased the fresh ingredients with our instructor. Back at the restaurants we each cooked our own dishes and then feasted.
