Chitmorong

We spent a few hours in the lovely Buddhist hamlet of Chitmorong, a few minutes up river from Kaptai. We visited its two temples and met villagers and pilgrims from nearby Buddhist villages. Leaving Chitmorong we passed through the larger and less picturesque town of Kaptai.
